Garen home owner of this Cartierville, Montreal house called us for a desperate solution to his problem around his pool. His Pave uni all around the pool had evidence of severe erosion due to joint gapping, lack of pave uni polymeric joint sand, weed & grass growth in the paver joints. Daily I see these backyards or all around the pool pave uni that have been neglected & ignored until they become unsightly & unsafe. Since these pave uni have been installed over 12 years ago, no pave uni maintenance or polymeric joint sand sweeping had been performed. The pictures to the right is the results that you can expect from neglecting your pave uni. We started by cleaning & power washed all the pave uni and paver joints freeing them of moss, dirt, weeds, and grass. We then completed the process by sweeping in Permapro SP polymeric sand from Permacon after the pave uni had dried. We cleaned up the job site and scheduled our return for Sealing all the pave uni. At the completion of this pave uni restoration project, we spent the much needed time educating the customer of the minimum maintenance requirements of interlocking pavers.
