Restoration of pave uni has become a popular option for homeowner’s who have their house for sale. We Received a call from Gordon, homeowner in west-Island, Montreal. He has hes house for sale for quite a while and wanted to change the neglected look of the pave uni he had to attract more buyers and make the sale. He wanted us to repair the steps leading to the pool area in the backyard and level the last row of pavé in the entrance of the house. And wanted us to get rid of the large amount of moss and weeds in front and around the pool. We cleaned all the joint and filled them with new polymer sand with 2 coats of our famous super shine “Wet Look” sealer.
In this case the pave uni of the neighbor and my client’s house combined seemed to discouraged buyers to step inside the house. People that knew the house and by chance were walking by while we were pressure washing the driveway, stopped and could not believed the transformation we had achieved.
Many homeowners believe they have to replace the current pave uni with something new, but in most of my estimates, they are surprised to see & learn after our work that with some repairs, cleaning, & sealing, their existing pave uni can look new & beautiful again!
