Last week Pave Uni Montreal received a job request from Sebastien homeowner in Longueuil, Quebec that has pave uni on the entrance of the house and all around the driveway for over 10 years without any maintenance. Obviously some pave uni leveling work, cleaning and sealing job was required. After we completed our restoration service, they all looked like they had been installed yesterday!
Like all our project we work on, we used Permapro SP polymeric sand from Permacon. We find from years of experience, this product to be durable and long lasting. The project was sealed with our Super shine an approved Low Voc Compliant acrylic solvent-based sealer to enhance the color and give the pave uni the much popular “wet look” appearance.
